S.I.R.s was formed to create a singular platform for the independent representatives who are dedicated to quality services. As a singular platform S.I.R.s intends to secure vendor discounts to increase profitability; raise awareness throughout the industry; offer training and business consulting to assist members who are new or old in the field to help them with established guidelines; and define ethics and standards where guidelines may be ambiguous.

 

Our Mission

Our mission is to identify those representatives who perform quality work. Promoting defined ethics and standards within the industry. Establish a realistic format to identify potential problems that currently exist and to rectify those problems. Assist in the creation of cooperative efforts made on the local level between members who are within a close proximity to each other for a mutual increase in profitability.

 

Founded in 2001 by a group of four concerned field service companies with combined experience of 33 years in the field service industry.

S.I.R.s came into existence out of the belief in a need for defined code of ethics and standards by which all of the Field Servicing Industry should operate.

S.I.R.s ethics and standards were developed from the perspective of the Field Service Agent to the perspective of the Industries to whom services are provided.

Realizing that performing at a high level of standards may infringe upon the profitability of Field Service Companies, a wide array of vendors were secured to provide substantial discounts. Thus allowing quality services to be performed by agents while maintaining a reasonable profit.

S.I.R.s members therefore can claim superior services at competitive prices. They are united in their efforts towards being, Prompt, Professional, Reliable, Reasonable, Conscientious, Committed, Ethical, and Expeditious in their business practices.

By providing member and mid-customer surveys, S.I.R.s is both unique and effective within the Industry in monitoring to ensure that both government regulations and end customer satisfaction are vigorously complied with.
