Freeze Damages Found US Nationwide

*Every winter in the freeze areas poses these problems and possibilities.
Please keep in mind - these are different properties!

The first contractor did not add enough antifreeze to protect the system from freeze damage. The toilet froze.


Above: The water is flowing into the remainder of the house. Ruining the ceilings, walls, carpet, sub-flooring.


Above: This is actually thawing ice. Winter temperatures had risen to begin the thaw.


A new style water meter made of plastic. The plastic cracked in the freezing temperatures. Water is spraying into the property at full pressure from the city supply.

Above: The water supply lines burst and flooded the property. By the time the contractor arrived - inches of ice had formed.


Above: The after effects - remember, ice is just frozen water. Water damage is the prime source of mold. Here - mold is forming which creates additional damage beyond the obvious.
