Directory Submission

A goal of S.I.R.s is to be of service to the industry. Part of that service the provision of a free directory for inspection and property preservation service providers. We receive numerous compliments from lenders, national service providers and reps on how convenient this directory is!

 

S.I.R.s website is receiving hundreds of visitors daily - national servicers, banks, government agencies, and others.  Visitors who are both curious about the industry as well as seeking out industry providers.

 

S.I.R.s does advertise in a variety of industry related and non-industry related websites as part of its goal to make this industry known and to promote S.I.R.s members.

We will not submit our email addresses for approval. If you want a free listing add our addresses to your safe list.

Removal from the directory may include but is not limited to:

We may remove any listing if:

1) any part of your contact information is or becomes inaccurate and you fail to correct or update it.

2) There is proof via public knowledge that you are a felon or incarcerated.

3) There is proof via public knowledge that you or your company are or have been named defendants in civil lawsuits more than three times and that lawsuit pertains to your business, services, or other professional conduct.

If your listing is removed for inaccuracies, you may provide accurate information to obtain another listing. If your listing was removed due to legal issues, you may reinstate your free listing by providing legal documentation such as court records dismissing the case or court findings in your favor.

 

You will not be notified if your listing is removed.

 

SIRs reserves the right to not list any company it deems inappropriate for this directory. Requesting a free listing offer does not guaranty your listing request will be accepted.
