Abuse of this directory may cause legal action to be sought against any party found to be abusing the terms and conditions of availability of this directory and/ or further limitations placed upon the usage of this directory, including but not limited to requiring password access wherein only approved companies and persons would be able to view the directory.
To avoid further limitations placed upon use and availability of this directory, user agrees to the above terms and conditions of use. Further, user agrees that any legal action sought by S.I.R.s against said user found to be abusing said availability and terms will incur all such costs associated with said legal action. Any sought legal action will occur in the State of Ohio, County of Summit and said violating user will appear in said appointed courts within the above said state and county regardless of violating users' location. Any party found guilty of abusing such terms and conditions of use may be held liable for any costs incurred for the implementation of additional limitations being placed upon use of this directory resulting from the abusers' actions. Such costs may include but may not be limited to a fee of $500US being assessed, based on a per listing, on the violator. Use and access to this directory constitutes acceptance of these terms.
